USource Webinar: Utilizing HR Metrics and Analytics to Optimize Outcomes

Join us for a webinar on Thursday, February 21st at 10:00 CST

There is a difference between numbers and numbers that matter. This is what separates data from metrics.  As the saying goes, “You can’t pick your data, but you must pick your metrics.” Banks can’t control their data, but they do control what they care about.

Metrics are only valuable if you can manage them. Human Resource metrics are measurements that help you track key areas in HR data. While most individuals are familiar with standard HR metrics like turnover rate and time needed to fill a position, there’s more that you can and should be measuring if desiring to make better informed decisions. Taking a more analytics-driven approach to your HR practices can help improve everything from hiring to workforce planning to employee development and retention. Think of metrics as the ‘what,’ and analytics as the ‘so what?’ Metrics are the numbers you track, and analytics implies analyses and decision making. You can’t have analytics without metrics, and metrics alone won’t help you take action, or help you improve results.

In this webinar we’ll review the expanding field of HR metrics/analytics and how to effectively utilize them so as to drive HR and business results. For example:
  • How to use hiring data to measure and improve quality-of-hire.
  • How to use career and skills data to anticipate workforce needs and facilitate tailored employee career growth.
  • How to use compensation data to improve workforce planning and reduce unwanted turnover.
If you are interested in utilizing key HR metrics for more effective HR and bank-wide decisions, this webinar will be beneficial.
