Community Bank Readiness Survey Results

Prior to resuming our in-person bank visits, we wanted to be cautious and courteous of the community banks we called on and visited. We recently conducted a survey, where we reached out to community banks to collect some important information on their readiness and comfort level, as it relates to welcoming back their UBB Correspondent Banking Officers (CBO) for an in-person visit.

The response to our survey was outstanding and provided us with some important information that assisted us in shaping our safety protocols for in-person bank visits going forward. 

The survey data collected spans our entire UBB service territory and we felt it might be beneficial to our customers to view, so they could see how their readiness, comfort levels and procedures compared to the responses reported in our survey results.
