Workplace Harassment Awareness for Supervisors

08.22.13

Federal and state laws prohibit any type of discriminatory harassment based on an individual's race, color, creed, national or ethnic origin; sex (including sexual harassment and pregnancy); marital status; status with regard to public assistance; disability; sexual orientation; age; and other state specific protected characteristics.

Supervisors are often the first to observe employee's behaviors and hear their words to co-workers. We will address supervisory responsibilities for keeping the workplace free of harassment.

Participants will learn about the process for reporting an alleged claim, and how to address the claimant. Workplace harassment claims cost organizations time, money, and can have a negative impact on the culture of an organization. The proactive webinar can assist your bank in maintaining a positive, respectful workplace.

This Webinar is free for USource members and $75 for nonmembers.
